Plantation Farm
Plantation Farm's equestrian operations have been designed with safety for the horses
as well as functionality for the owner in mind. Nine paddocks with four-board
and HorseGuard fencing surround the three-stall stable. Each paddock has
access to a run-in shed and automatic waterer. Waterers can be heated
and have independent shut-off valves.
The Morton stable has three stalls, tack room and hayloft. The tack room has hot and cold water as well as propane heat. The wash area has heat lamps and the hay-loft can hold approximately 500 bales and is cooled by three thermostat controlled fans. The rear of the stable has an overhang designed for shelter for a truck and trailer. The barn complex is protected by ADT fire protection.
Training facilities include a 100' x 160' Centaur riding ring and a four-board 60' round pen. All fencing and equestrian facilities are newly constructed and in "move-in" condition!
